    We offer martial arts, yoga, aerial yoga, pilates, private parties & lessons, birthday parties, and more. We are family friendly and affordable. All of our instructors are trained and certified.

    From Chambersburg, take US Rt. 11 north to Sunset Blvd. East (across from Colony House Furniture). From Shippensburg, take US Rt 11 south to the same. About 1 mile south of Sheetz in Greenvillage.
