Dental Scheduler

Keystone Dental Care is dedicated to providing access to excellent oral health care for our patients, with a focus on prevention.
Keystone Dental has an exciting opportunity for a full-time scheduler position for both dental offices. This position will focus on servicing patients and their needs by scheduling patients in multiple channels such as but not limited to phone, Solution Reach, and email. Also responsible for rescheduling appointments as needed, scheduling incoming referrals, helping with mailings, and assisting with other projects as call volume permits.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous healthcare or dental office experience strongly preferred. Experience with telephones and computers. Ability to work well, relate to the client population, and consistently provide excellent customer service. Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Basic typing/filing and familiarity with various types of office equipment, including copiers, and fax machines.
Spanish speaking skills/ bilingual translation is a plus!
