Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time CMA - Interventional Nurse to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Function as an active member of the interventional treatment team, collaborating with the Coordinator, providers, and other staff members.

Review and prepare patient Electronic Health Records (EHR) prior to scheduled appointments.

Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining vital signs, reconciling medications, processing medication renewal requests in a timely manner, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.

Assist providers with interventional procedures and support the Coordinator with insurance authorizations.

Carry out provider orders and administer treatments as directed and within scope of practice.

Assist with patient enrollments and authorization processes as needed.

Provide patient education and reinforce treatment plans.

Support and assist patients under the direction of a nurse or provider.

Maintain accurate and complete records of patient treatments and services provided.

Develop a working knowledge of Keystone Health programs and communicate relevant information to patients.

Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each patient use and launder SPRAVATO® blankets as required.

Assist in training staff members who are interested in supporting interventional treatment services.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishing supplies as needed.

Complete prior authorizations, referrals, and related documentation in a timely manner.

Attend departmental meetings and complete all required organizational and departmental training.

Communicate important patient care and operational information to the Clinical Nursing Manager, Keystone Behavioral Health.

Participate in organizational quality improvement initiatives and projects as requested.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant program. Basic typing/computer skills required. Experience in office nursing a plus.
LICENSES and CERTIFICATION: Current CPR Certification; Medical Assistant Certification required.
