Luminest Community Development is a local non-profit company that manages Affordable Housing in the Franklin County area (Chambersburg, Waynesboro, Shippensburg, and Gettysburg) and we're looking for someone to help with MAINTENANCE of our homes. If you have these skills but don't have employment history in this area, send a cover letter explaining. Great benefits, no weekend work but on call every 4 weeks (and when it snows).
