Shalom is hiring a full time Director of Development. This 12 month position is responsible for leading and executing the school’s overall development strategy to advance its mission, strengthen donor relationships, and expand community engagement. This role includes oversight of major fundraising initiatives, donor communication, school-wide events, and community outreach projects. The Director of Development will collaborate closely with administration, event personnel, and marketing/communications to ensure cohesive, mission-driven messaging and successful campaigns.
