Shalom Christian Academy is seeking a Head of School Administration. This growing PreK - 12 school was established in 1976. Located in south central Pennsylvania, it has an enrollment of 650+ students. The school carries out its mission around its Anabaptist perspective using the core values of servanthood, community and academics. 

The Head of School Administration serves as a key member of the school leadership team, overseeing all non-academic operational functions of the school including finance, human resources, facilities management, and development. This position ensures the efficient administrative foundation that supports the school's educational mission and strategic goals.

This individual shares the lead role with the Head of School Education.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is required as well as a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business management or school administration. This individual must have a strong financial acumen and budget management experiences, demonstrated success in human resource management, experience with facilities oversight and capital planning, excellent organizational and project management skills.
