The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) is thrilled to announce the relaunch of its Emerging Philanthropists Program (EPP) in 2025, opening new pathways for south central Pennsylvania’s emerging business and community leaders to make a lasting impact in their region. Since its founding in 2014, EPP has empowered participants to contribute to the community by providing essential resources, guidance and a platform to understand and engage with local philanthropic needs.
