Hockenberry Management Consulting is now offering its leadership training and development program (back by popular demand!) to help local leaders in the areas of goal setting and achievement, positive thinking and planning, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, emotional intelligence, leading teams, communication, and more.
During this immersive experience, participants will gain insights from course facilitators and other local leaders participating in the cohort through 9 group sessions. The sessions will begin on February 19 and occur weekly on Wednesdays, 8-10:30 AM.
In addition to the group sessions, participants will receive all materials (text, audio access, workbook), assessment reports, support from the group leader between sessions as needed, etc.
AND – as a bonus, we are also providing 3 one-on-one coaching sessions (following the program) for each participant!
