CVBA and community members are invited to join LIU12 Franklin County Literacy Council for an Open House & Ribbon Cutting on September 2 to celebrate 36 years of service! The event will be held in the Coyle Free Library Community Room at 102 N. Main St. in Chambersburg. The Open House will be 12 to 2 p.m. and the ribbon will be cut at 1 p.m. A light lunch and munchies will be available along with door prizes. MASKS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED DUE TO SPIKE IN COVID CASES IN FRANKLIN COUNTY
