DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 4th Annual\n\nFranklin County First Responders Appreciation Day\n\n\nThe 11/30 Network will host their 4th Annual First Responders Appreciation Day on Friday\, December 7. The event will honor and recognize Franklin County police and sheriff departments\, fire departments\, emergency medical responders and the emergency services department. The community is invited to make donations that will be compiled into care packages for each station. Please join us in honoring the sacrifices of our first responders by participating!\n\n\n\nTypes of donations include gift cards\, monetary funds\, in-kind items (platters of donuts\, bagels\, subs\, pizza\, etc. for delivery on December 7) as well as vouchers for future use by the stations. Donors are recognized upon delivery of the care packages. Donations may be dropped off at the Chambersburg Chamber on December 5 and 6. Perishable products should not arrive until after 1:30 p.m. on December 6.\n\n\n\nMembers of the 11/30 Network and community volunteers will meet at the Chambersburg Chamber on December 7 to compile donations and deliver the packages which will include edible treats\, supplies\, gift cards or donations and thank-you cards from local students. If you are interested in donating or supporting the event by volunteering\, please contact Amy Weibley at 717-262-0015 ext. 103.
