DESCRIPTION:CHAMBERSBURG -- The Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter will hold their Easter Hound Hunt at 2 p.m. Sunday\, April 2\, behind the shelter\, 5051 Letterkenny Road West.\n\n \n\nRegistration will begin at 1 p.m. or prior to the event at cvas-pets.org.\n\n \n\nThousands of plastic Easter eggs will be stuffed with dog treats and participants are asked to bring their dogs for the hunt. Specially marked eggs can be redeemed for prizes.\n\n \n\nThere will be separate hunting areas for small dogs and large dogs.\n\n \n\nCost for participation is a minimum $5 donation to the shelter.\n\n \n\nFollowing the hunt\, the shelter will hold an Easter bonnet contest.
