Mended Little Hearts is an organization dedicated to empowering and supporting families who have children with congenital heart defects/disease.
In 2015 we will continue our focus on awareness, support and starting our “Bravery Bag Program”
We are so happy to be a part of this community and look forward to all this upcoming year has in store for us as we dedicate ourselves to the littlest heart patients of all and their families.
