Description
The perfect opportunity to become educated on issues women face daily. Local professionals will address these "real life" struggles and empower through education. An energy packed day of educational exhibits, interactive exercise demos, self defense workshop, breakout sessions, door prizes, catered breakfast & lunch courtesy of Main Street Deli, silent auction, free secure document shredding and an expo with 20 local non-profits showcasing their volunteer opportunities. What better way to empower yourself than to reach out to those in need and make a difference in someone's life. Come join us for a day of refresh and recharge as Verstandig Broadcasting keeps the energy high! All proceeds go directly to Women In Need's new Shelter & Advocacy Center, specifically the Shannon Lee Shockey Memorial Family Room.
