Description
CHAMBERSBURG -- The Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter will host a 5K-9 Run and 1-mile Whisker Walk at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 5, at the shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Road West.
Registration will be held from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., with the run beginning at 6:30. The whisker walk will start at 6:45 and an awards ceremony will be held at 7:30.
Registration is $25 before April 21; $30 after April 16. Registration for the Whisker Walk is $10.
Complimentary goody bags and food and beverages will be available.
Proceeds will benefit the CVAS Second Chance Fund.
